HaythamXR will offer a five-point service to educational institutions
We assess the needs of clients, brainstorm and generate creative ideas to develop the immersive lab concept that aligns with the client's objectives. A digital mockup of the lab will be created and get approval from the clients. The following characteristics will strongly feature in all our designs: inclusive; immersive; and interactive.
We build the lab based on the requirements of the clients, make sure the whole set up is fully functional and seamlessly integrated with the school system. This includes:
- Hardware installation - VR headsets, AR devices, motion tracking systems and other hardware components
- Software installation - configuration and installation of software and device management platforms to run the immersive experiences smoothly
- Calibration – Calibrating the lab to ensure optimal performance and user experience
- Content integration – Uploading and integrating the content in a methodical way for easy experience for teachers
- Quality assurance – rigorous testing and quality assurance to ensure all elements work seamlessly and ensure safety of the lab for the users
The lab will be transferred to the clients with proper training and support
Users Training - Comprehensive training programs for lab administrators and end-users, ensuring they can navigate the environment, troubleshoot common issues, and utilize all features effectively.
Documentations -We provide detailed user manuals and guides, including troubleshooting steps and best practices. All documentations on how to perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot common issues, and contact our support team when needed
We offer a combination of hardware and software upkeep, user support, and ongoing improvements to ensure a smooth and effective VR experience
Condition-based maintenance will be provided to conduct inspections of VR hardware components and regularly update VR applications and platforms
Besides hardware and software support, our team will provide additional support to monitor student’s progress. We will conduct advanced statistical analysis of students reports before and after use of VR to assess how it helps in improving the grades.
